see that dt in mexico are getting fired fast. the directiva dont give coaches the time the team needs since coaches are getting fired they have to switch from one coach
plans to another. this can be bad or good but it is usually bad. examples like Ramon Diaz el director de america and many others who fell short to teams expectations.
