Anyone else read this? I'm pretty sure there will be a statement with an "out of context" kind of disclaimer somewhere at some point but still disconcerting.
Poor old Cesc is going to get asked this all the time, especially if his club isnt at the top, that's the nature of being a world class player.
Thing is, if Arsenal have another poor season which with most gooners is widely expected than I dont think gooners would blame him for going. The blame would lie with the manager as he admits when he was talking at the LMA dinner with Fergie, "the manager is the most important part of a club, if the club doesnt do well, the manager is first to be sacked", (paraphrasing a bit there)
..and speaking of which, dont know whether I've missed something or it's nothing, but recently AW has been talking more frequently about leaving a steady club for his successor. Do you think he may be thinking this may be sooner than everyone thinks and will the board really be that patient to wait until 2011 if we're still not successful*.

* Depends on your definition of successful really. Would I swap our fantastic play to be a Chelski fan living in a false economy until the next sugardaddie comes along but win trophies?.. No not really, but if we do have the funds to improve our odds of winning, then yes we're not very successful in my opinion.
