Hey Live Commentaryish style review of Arsenal vs Man Utd
Just seen the line-ups, we may be in with more a chance than first expected
Update: 2nd Minute; fuck that was crap, shitty backpass and almunia picks it up, indirect free kick, missed luckily
Update: 9th Minute: phew, that was close, shot from rooney spilled by almunia, berbatov pokes in but it is offside
Update: 11th minute: wow, almost there, nice cross from clichy just too high for bendtner and he heads just over
Update: 13 Minute: ooooooohhhhhh, nice cross from nasri and all three arsenal players miss an excellent chance
Update: 15 Minute: free kick in from right, van der sar punches at diaby, hit into the defence, spills, few follow chances
Update: 18 minute: sky from rooney from 12 yards, close
Goallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brilliant, free kick in headed out to nasri , brings it around and smashes it, takes a deflection and then in. Fantastic. Just What Arsenal needed.
Score Arsenal 1 (22 Minute) Man Utd 0
Update: 29 minute: corner, claims for penalty from utd, break from arsenal, cesc shot deflected wide of the far post, resulting corner gave nothing
Update: 34 Minute: shot from 20 yards, saved well by almunia
Update: 35 Minute: dive from ronaldo earns freekick from 25 yard, saved easily by almunia
Update: 37 Minute: fucking red card tackle from carrick on diaby, no foul by howard webb
Half-time Review: Pretty decent half for arsenal, good chances for both sides, we still look a bit shaky at the back though especially for last few minutes of that half. Now we need to be mature enough to go out and consolidate on this, and not let our lead slip. I must say it is a nice feeling being in the lead at half-time, we should do this more often.
Update: 46 minute: nice play leads fabregas with struggle in 18 yard, corner.
GOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vintage Arsenal Goal great play and great finish from Nasri from 18 yards
Arsenal 2 (48) Man Utd 0 Thats what i like to see
Update: 49 Minute: Ronaldo screws a fantastic chance, PHEWWWWW
Update: 51 Minute: 3 of 4 our defenders booked, not fantastic
Update: 62 Minute: Fantastic, everytime ronaldo is on the ball boos from all round
Update: 66 Minute: Carrick smashes his foot in Almunia as the spaniard makes a good colection from the corner, yellow card
Update: 73 Minute: Brilliant, Gallas makes a challenge for a header and wins it! maybe goalsaving
Update: 74 Minute: Damn it, should have got a penalty for a tackle on Nasri, not given
Update: 78 Minute: What is Wenger doing, Song on for Walcott. also thingsa looking worrying for Almunia, subbed for Fabianski
Update: 82 Minute: Good chance, bendtner wasteful straight at van der sar
Fuck!!!!!!!!!! this had better not happen again fucking goal from random utd, come on arsenal hold on
Fuck!!!!! 6 minutes of stoppage time this will be the nerviest 6 minutes ever
90+2 fabregas plays well, bad last pass off
90+5 bendtner spurns a chance to kill the game
Fuck Ye !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Arsenal hold on to win 2-1 against Man Utd,
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Hello all,
I've decided to start up this blog because I feel that in the Asia-Pacific region there is little or no coverage of the English Premier League and Arsenal. I am a devoted Arsenal fan and will try to keep the blog regularly updated. In general it is just another Arsenal Blog from an Asian point of view. In Asia there is a mixture of loyalty and indifference to The Arsenal, and I hope that this blog will help bring together the few Arsenal fans based in this region.
I guess I should probably make this first post about the upcoming match against Manchester United. This match is being described as a season decider for Arsenal, and in a way i guess it is. Our form has been scratchy of late to say the least and a bad result here could mean the end of our title challenge, if indeed it's not already completely gone. A win on the other hand is just what we need and could hopefully stir us onto a great run of form. Unlikely I know, but still. Considering the current injury crisis a win will be a big ask. I'm predicting the line up to be somewhere along the lines of this:
Fabianski
Song Djourou Toure Clichy
Diaby Denilson Fabregas Nasri
Bendtner Vela
And a bench of Ramsey, Sagna, Silvestre, Walcott and Mannone.
Not brilliantly promising to be honest for the game that may determine the rest of our season, however we must make do with what we've got. After our recent run of results a win here would be fantastic, however with our current options and problems I have to say I'll take a draw. I know we really should be winning these games, but at the moment the main thing is to not let out confidence drop any more or we could be struggling for a top four finish.
Well, I'll probably post something after the game, so have a good one, and keep the faith.
Yours, Asian Arsenal
