Villa Playing Brilliant But Still No Win

Aston Villa. What a team, we were 4th for months and even putting pressure on second, Then what happened? Some bad moves by Mon, we dropped out the FA Cup out of Europe and now Everton are just two points behind us, Whats the crack villains?

Has the rot set in until the end of the season ? Everton do not look like there going to loose soon and we do not look like we can win, We play brilliant but are back four are letting more balls through then ever before. Zat Knight has lost his good form he had, Petrov seems to be going quiet again, & the brilliant couple Gabbi and Ash seem lost when they play.

Now you cant blame this all on how many games we have played, Loads of teams has played the same amount and more but the do not complain. We need to get this sorted or we could finish 7th.

Now i do believe 5th is ours, 4th sadly is gone, The Gunners have found that form all Villa fans hoped they would not but sadly it look like we will have to settle for 5th, But that is still better then last season.

The past two games the team really has came on and look so strong but we just seem to take our foot off the pedal at the wrong time and have only picked up a hand full of points compared to what we all though we would.

There is no quick fix to this but hopefully the way we played against Everton and West ham boosts us enough to get us back on the winning train.

Other then that i just want to say well done to the Villa players for giving us a brilliant match against Everton it was one of the best to watch and coming from 3-1 to get a 3-3 draw and we could have nicked it to, was just brilliant to watch.

Martin O'Neill Charged By FA After Old Trafford Interview

The Aston Villa manager has been charged by the FA for improper conduct, Over behavior towards ref Mike Riley at the Man Utd Game last Sunday.

Now this is a fucking disgrace! O'Neill said exactly the truth that whenever Man U are drawing or loosing they get the officials Le-way all the time. How can the FA then turn around and charge him for what he said.
Now this is when the FA need to look at themselves in the mirror. They are letting the EPL become corrupt and rubbish, Everyone know's who the big four and that it seems to go their way a lot more then other team. Maybe not all the top four but Man U for sure.

I hope there is an argument over this because i for one think the FA need a whole new team appointed not Bias sods that cant stand the fuck up to SAF, or is it true that there is back handers going on ?

Because it really seems that way now a days!!!

As you may tell i am so angry at this as my other post was about how the fuck five mins was added to the Man U v Villa game last Sunday and that MON was the only one with BALLS! to stand up and say what everyone thinks.

PREMIER LEAGUE IS A FIX!

So 5 Min's of extra time ?

Was i watching the same game, Come on there was hardly any stoppages during the match ? Was there? Or was i drunk off the pint of milk i was having!

Now MON did touch on this after Villa went down 3-2 on Sunday that its seems to be of Man U or drawing or behind they get 3 4 Min's extra time but if they are winning there only 1 or 2, Now this does seem to be going on a bit. So i had a ask about and i asked about 30 people and only one person said i was just gutted Villa lost. Yes he was a Man U fan, Now i said to him i was gutted we played brilliant but just couldn't get them points and i also said that Man U's Goals were great, Because they were. But 5 Min's extra time ? Come on.

Mon was right when he said that would never happen at Villa Park. Because i cant remember the last time i ever seen that much extra time!

While i was writing this blog to type up now i was in the pub playing darts and i was watching Man U v Porto. Now it wasnt that good of a match but i though what the hell there's nothing else on. So as you do when you out you watch bits. Now if anyone else watched it was there many injuries? Or stoppages? Man U went up 2-1 and i looked over until around 86min i think Porto got one back, to make it 2-2 then guess what 3 Min's extra time! Now its not just me picking up on this like i said i asked around 3 people Man U Newcastle Everton Leeds Middlesbrough Sunderland Fans and a Hearts Fan too. They all agreed when Man U are down they get more extra time.

Man U fan will never agree with this as i wouldn't if it was Villa that had the officials round their little finger. But its just getting silly. I do think there needs to be a new system rolled out in Football like rugby when there is a stoppage the clock should stop, or something else Video Ref!! It cant be that bad. I don't know for sure but something has to be done.

Just as Liverpool (Who i want to win the Title) were going to get top spot then that happens ? Seems to suspicious to me.

I'm writing this because it has really been bugging me over the last month or two and i want to know what you think. So please please leave your comments even if your a Man U fans and you hate me right now but you have to see my point ?

Whos The Best Aston Villa Player This Season?

As there still isn't much news about Villa yet bar the build up to this greatgame on sunday between Man U & Villa. So what i want to know who are you Top 4 Players this season & why ?

(Do you like the whole Top 4 hint, Yes we can!)

Anyways heres mine;

In at number 1, El Capitan. Martin Laursen;

Reasons being hes simply the best captain we have had in years. Hes one of the best CD there is.

He has been brilliant all season and has help turn around the team by being very strong and keeping the other players in check.

Too bad he has them bloody knees!

Second is Luke Young;

This player, what can i say. He comes to us looking to become a 1st team player and build up on what is already a great history. And we stick him at left back ? Why, play a right back at left back when we have two left backs? I cant understand this at all, and i never will. Unless MON sits me down and tells me why he has done this. Its Silly! But brilliant player and always puts in very strong performances.

Does he ever smile ?

Third & People think hes turd! Is Zat Knight.

Many people think we should have sold him ages ago, and maybe never bought him in the first place. But this lad loves Villa he would do anything for his club, and since Dec he has been out standing, Yes he may never be world class, but this lad has put his heart and soul into every game and he has done great maybe he has made a few mistake but he has made up for them x10.

Forth & where we will be this season.

The Stallion! Petrov. Now i will say this, Hes are best midfielder. Barrys days are over. Petrov has brushed him aside. With perfect passing and brilliant games over and over and over. Barry is a bit of a hit and miss when it come to home and away. But Petrov hes always going to give you his blood swet and tears! and this has got him there. Captain while Laursen is injured? Yes why cant MON see this? Barry is to quiet.

So thats my Top 4 maybe not what you think ?

This Sunday is a dog fight. Both teams have hit a slump losing points where no one would have though they would have.

Villa lost to Spurs & Man City

Man U lost to Fulham & Liverpool

So both team who were flying high less then a month ago now have a battle. The odds are that Man U are to win this match, But like I always say anything could happen in football. Man U will be out to win and keep liverpool at arms length.

Villa are out to get level on point with Ars and step up the battle for the 4th spot, and hopefully overtake them as Ars have harder games then Villa after this one.

Now what do I think....

Well as everyone knows I'm Villa till I die, Its in my veins and on my breath.

But I know how good Man U are, Hey' there the best team in the world (They wont that cup thingy)

But if Villa play 4-5-1, I hope to god they do. They I'm going with a cheeky little 1-1 Draw. But I would love a win, I just think Villa should defend this one and run out a Draw then the last 7 games we have against pretty easy teams compared to Man U go out all guns blazing.

So really I think this is down to the tactics of the Managers.

Well everyone has heard the rumors about SAF wanting MON to take over after he steps down (another rumor is that's he will end of next season!) So is this the chance for the Apprentice to show his Master that he can do it ?

Maybe not. We wont know for sure for a while yet.

Man U are one of my more liked teams as I don't like Liverpool at all and unless Villa suddenly posed a threat for the title I would want Man U to take it. Yes I'm the biggest critic of Ronaldo but hes not the full team.

Final 8 Games | Forth Spot Battle Is On.

Here i am going to compare the Final run ins between Ars & Villa.

Now Ars have a lot more games then Villa and could play even more if they continue in the CL & FA.

But here we go. First Up 5th spot holders Aston Villa.

Starting this Sunday with Man U, Now this match will be very hard for Villa as both teams have been fighting to get out of a slump. If both teams have then its going to be a great match to watch. If one team hasn't and the other has well (anyone remember Liverpool Fulham?)

But as him a Villa fan him hoping for a draw so lets say;

1-1

Now Everton, Losing players worse then the countries losing money.

Win 2-0

West Ham at home. Now hard to say as West Ham are not the best team in the world and we have already beat them so

Win 1-0

Now the next 3 Games i see all Wins!

So that 16 Points so far.

Middlesbrough & Newcastle. Now Now this really depends on two things! Where they are when it comes to these games and whos playing for them. Mainly Newcastle.

Win against Middlesbrough 2-0 19 Points

Newcastle have to say Draw 2-2 20 Points.

So that leaves Villa with 72 overall.

Now onto Ars.

Now this is where it gets tough it all really depends on how well Ars do in CL & FA Really.

But I'll give it a shot.

Man City have been playing great, Hey they beat us!

So Draw 2-2

Wigan will not beat Ars.

Have to say 3-0 Win

Liverpool. Now this will be a good match to watch. Looking forward to it. So Liverpool will be in 2nd and right on Man U's Nipples so Sorry Ars Lose 2-0

Middlesbrough not really going to put up much of a fight against a strong Ars team so another win for the gunners 2-0.

Portsmouth Good team. Good defense cant score for shit. Draw 0-0

Coming into the Final Stretch Ars have built up 8 Points so far.

Chelsea Now. Looking at what going on so far Chelsea will be sitting pretty in 3rd. Depending on what mood there in it could be a good match so I'll say Lose 2-1

Another hard game man U & Another lose 3-2

Stoke Sadly this game might just knock you's into the drop zone Ars Win 3-1

So heres the Final Scores Ars were on 8 after the Draw with portsmouth have lost against Chelsea and Man U but winning against stoke. The Final Point for them = 66

But all Ars fans will disagree

Boss Man Capello Happy With England

5 out of 5, 100%, 15 Points. You can say it many ways but no England fan would have believed you if you had of said we would have done it but England have, 5 out of 5 wins in the Group stages, Brilliant.

The team look unstoppable even with injuries to Capello's better plays the outter players steped up and took the bull by the horns. There was times down the line where we looked shaky but in the end it has pulled off. Could this be the year when England get to the final? Very early to say realy but many England fans who has totally given up on England ever doing anything good again may have the England pride lite again aftet this brilliant victory. Maybe the Georges flag might be out in force around the country? Flys the flag for are great country.

We may have a hell of a lot of problems in this country but for once!!

Its not the football team! Well done lads.

Villa Players - Inter Games | Barry, Carew, Petrov & More

The Villa Players were out in force around the world this week, Helping there home countries out in the build up to the World Cup.

Petrov, Carew & Barry were out and all in Winning teams.

As we all know England played bloody good to nick a 2-1 Win over hard working Ukraine, Barry played pritty good and seemed to link up well with Stevie G (maybe thats a sign) But it was a good win for England and they have now won 5 of 5 Games in the Group stage. South Africa here we come ? Never no.

Petrov Captained his Bulgarian army to a 2-0 win over Cyprus, Petrov played brilliant but when goes he not?

And Finally the Big Man, John Carew. Villa's best striker? Well Norway will be singing his name as he set up there first goal as they swept the floor with there frosty neighbours Finland in a 3-2 win. Finland were quiet lucky with there two Goals but it was a good game overall.

One more player was over seas, But Guzan was just bench warming for the US of A as there went on to beat Trinidad & Tabago 3-0, The Keeper the has vowed to become Villa's no.1 was there ready and waiting to get his gloves on for his country but was not needed at T&T didnt ready put up much fight against a very strong USA.

But overall it was good to see so many Villa players on the team sheets for the Countries.

Now the important news. The count down to the Next Villa Game is on. Many Villa Bloggers may think we are going to get hammered (AVFC Blog) But as Villa is in my blood and keep my heart pumping i am still going to stick £5 on a Villa win. 2-1 win in fact!

Newcastle | Joe Kinnear Out Shearer In. Oh No. + Little Joke.

Newcastle today were out to fool the Town fans as they finally said Shearer will stand up as Manager until the End of Season.

With only 8 games left Newcastle find them selfs in the bottom 3.

So can Shearer step up in his first ever Manager job for any club ever & save one of the Worst season's Newcastle are ever having.

Maybe not i think!

All i see, This is a wayto sweaten the blow for when Newcastle finally drop down into the Championship. Newcastle have one of the hardest run ins left then any other team around them so unless Shearer can pull something out the bag then nothing will save them now.
