Well done to Kevin McDonald’s youngsters who last night were crowned national Reserve Team Champions as they overcame Sunderland 3-1. On a sunny, Thursday night, in-front of a 5,000 plus crowd, both the Villa and Sunderland youngsters put on an excellent performance and I am sure there were at least a couple of players out there who will go on to bigger and better things in the coming years.
