80 Gb iPod up for grabs in August: Have you picked your team yet?

This is probably going to be the final reminder of our fantasy football league and as a little incentive there is not only the chance to win £10,000 at the end of the season but you could also win an 80Gb iPod in August if you're any good.

We've got 231 of you playing in the AVFC Blog Group and everyone that has entered and submitted a team (not just saved their team in draft mode) by the start of the game in seven days, will stand a chance to win the iPod this month.

If you haven't joined yet, it's really simple. Head on over to SquadGod and register. Once registered search for our group (it's at the top of the list as it's the most popular) and then add yourself to that group.

Once you've entered you then get to pick your team. You've got £100mn., can pick two players from any one team and can play 4-4-2 or 4-3-3. There are more rules about weekly transfers and buying transfers for points but you don't need them just yet.

We will also be giving away prizes throughout the season and if you're any good you might even get your name on the front page when we start displaying the league table. Do you really think you can pick a better team than Doc Bowles?

So, to stand a chance of winning £10,000, an 80Gb iPod in August and loads of other stuff visit SquadGod, register, join the AVFC Blog group and pick your starting team.

Yep im in there and ready to submit the team next week sometime.

Cant wait til new season.And it will be good to see a decent game on sunday chelsea vs man united...Who u going for me picking chelsea

Anyone else having trouble with squadGod or is it just me that's terminally incompetent. Chose my team, saved it, it disappeared, now it won't let me choose another, and it isn't saved in drafts. I give up !!

when you login in, you'll see your group at the top AVFC Blog; click into it. then on the right hand side you'll see a button that says edit your squad ... click in that and you'll be there

Im already doing a few fantasy teams on various sites so am going to experiment abit with this team. Im going to pick players who i was too scared to pick with my real team just incase they are flops.

Im having real problems with the squadgod site. I think its a bit naff to be fair. Everytime i get on there the site just freezes. O well i will get in there soon enough.
