Alberto Zaccheroni, Serie A winning manager with AC Milan, is in talks with a number of Premiership clubs about taking over as manager.
With Charlton and Newcastle are the only clubs definitely without a manager, it seems as though he is talking to some other clubs who are looking to replace their manager.

Fulham and Middlesbrough are other targets, as it's been long rumoured that Chris Coleman is to get the boot and Steve McClaren looks likely to land the England job this week.
It would be nice to have a manager of his calibre at the helm, and as he doesn't know about Doug it's not likely to put him off coming.
However, finishing 17th is.
