AVFC Blog Punt: Keeping fingers crossed for Newcastle, Spurs and Blackburn

I say I'm keeping my fingers crossed for those two because this is one weekend I fully expect to go into Sunday still with a chance of winning.

I've only picked Liverpool and Arsenal in my banker bet that are playing on Saturday so there is every chance. Thanks once again to easyodds.com for stumping up the cash.

Of course, now I've placed a bet on Arsenal and Liverpool one of them will slip up, but if they don't I've still got a chance.

On my all day Saturday bet I've not gone for the favourites but still think it offers a nice return if the results go my way.

Saturday Bet
Arsenal, Liverpool, Sunderland, Manchester City and Reading. A £10 bet pays out £271.

Banker Bet
Arsenal, Liverpool, Blackburn, Newcastle and Spurs. A £10 bet pays £131.

I must admit that the Blackburn bet in the banker was a mistake as I hadn't cleared it from my slip so if they're all right apart from Blackburn, I'll be gutted. Still, you learn from mistakes.
