I read somewhere today that Bill Howell is a West Brom fan and I've figured out for myself that he is also on a mission to get David O'Leary the sack if the amount of negativity he has been producing the last few days is anything to go by.
Now, I don't like O'Leary but that's as a manager. He's inept in too many departments that you can directly link with good and successful football teams and for those reasons somebody that has had relative success needs to come in but bringing up old stories for the sake of selling papers or a personal feud is not on.
Bill Howell, who doesn't look like a Villa fan, has today published a story which is very old news just to have a go at the manager. Now while I thank him for this, using my next breath I've got to say it's just not on.
We're not even going to mention the article, you can go and read it yourself, but we don't think it's good journalism and we just thought we'd, not back O'Leary on this but put our opinion out on it. It won't help in getting him the sack bringing up old stories.
