Fan Opinion: The Ghost Of Billy McNeil

I am now convinced that David O'Leary is Billy McNeil reincarnated. Both men were former centre halves with big reputations as managers when they arrived at VP - however I would regard them as two of the worst Villa managers in recent history.

So many similarities - unable to motivate the team, disgruntled players, lack of tactics and direction, refusal to accept criticism and a longing to be at another club (O'Leary -Arsenal, McNeil - Celtic).
