Foley extends Bournemouth loan spell

Thursday, 05 January 06, 02:27 PM · Comments (0)

Steven Foley has extended his loan spell at Bournemouth by one month, with a view to him signing permanently.

It's not known whether O'Leary would let the left-sided player go, but he may be inclined if he receives the right offer.

Foley has played quite well for the reserves in recent seasons and he may be one for the future, having been farmed out like many of our previous youngsters were.

However, Foley's contact expires in the summer and if Villa don't act quickly they may lose the talented youngster for nothing.

But Sean O'Driscoll (Bournemouth manager) will be trying to thrash out a deal this month with Villa, Steven and his agent.
