With Sam Williams looking like the next player to step up to the first team fold, is young Isiah Osbourne the next?
The talented youngster has caught the eye for O'Neill like Steven Davis did for O'Leary.
Osbourne, a Birmingham-born Ugo Ehiogu look-a-like, has one year left on his contract and is set to be rewarded with an extension by O'Neill.
