JLloyd gone in January?

I for one think this would be a grave mistake and one that would come back to haunt Aston Villa.

Samuel is suffering from poor management at Villa Park and with the right man in I'm convinced we'd see the JLloyd of old back - to his best.

None of the players are really flourishing under David O'Leary. Okay, you've got Barry and Delaney who are dependable and Davis who has come through the ranks but I put that down to youthful exuberance and natural ability - not good management.

Doug Ellis said it's the players that fire managers - how many more swipes, hidden messages and displays showing absolutely no passion or motivations does he need before he gets the message?
