J'Lloyd not eligible for Trinidad

Thursday, 03 November 05, 09:42 AM · Comments (0)

FIFA have put an end to J'Lloyd's desire to play for Trinidad and Tobago, stating the player is now too old to change allegiances.

The ruling, which will please O'Leary and any subsequent managers of J'Lloyd, is a blow to the player who is now only able to play for England at senior level.

To change allegiances, a player must be 21 or under. J'Lloyd is 24.
