Kev's banker bet: Chelsea

Wednesday, 01 February 06, 08:44 AM · Comments (0)

I've had a bet on every Aston Villa match this season and if I had stuck to a fiver every time I'd still be winning but not by as much as I am now after Port Vale - I put everything on this and it paid dividends.

At the end of the season I'm going to tally up my bet's and we'll see how much you could have won, or lost.

The only problem with Chelsea coming to Villa Park is the odds. Chelsea to win is 9/20 - so for every ?20 you put on you'll get ?9 back - assuming Chelsea win that is.

It's what is lovingly known as a banker in the industry - Chelsea are not going to lose to Aston Villa tonight and because of this you have to get your cash on Chelsea and if you're like me you'll have a cheeky lady on the correct score.

I'm going for 4-0 to Chelsea and at Expekt you'll get 20/1. My sidekick in the office wants me to tell you that he's having a quid on a Villa 2-1 victory and he's getting odds of 24/1 at Expekt - I personally can't see it happening but they are good odds.

More in the week - get to Expekt for some of these great odds and don't forget to bet on Chelsea tonight.
