I'm not having much luck with my predictions as of late but tomorrow night is going to be different. It has to be!
Manchester City travel to Villa Park and it turns out we've not had the best of luck playing City in the Premiership, winning just three league and cup games against City in the 14 years of the Premiership over 22 matches with 12 defeats and seven draws.
News was confirmed yesterday that Thomas Sorensen will be out for tow or three weeks so Stuart Taylor will step up. Remember the game last season? I'm confident that we won't see any repeats but Sorensen will be missed as his displays so far this season have been magnificent.
Another interesting statistic I cam across today was that along with Sheffield United we've fielded more players than any other club in the league. Twenty five in total and the first to name them all at the bottom of this post will win a t-shirt.
Manchester City are still looking for their first away win of the season. They've actually only picked up one point away from home all season.
No definite team news yet for Villa apart from Sorensen but don't expect that many changes from Saturday and we must hope that Chris Sutton can play a part.
I would have been happy with four points from these two games but I expected six. Let's see if I can atleast be happy before we travel to Portsmouth and Sheffield for the next two matches. I'm having a lady on Villa to win.

Darn! Mine doesn't appear as it was being moderated! Does it still count as the first? I really could do with a free tshirt now the nights are getting colder
Shouldn't that be - 24 players...and Djemba Djemba!!
martin jenkins wins! you be getting an email from me tomorrow with the choice of three t-shirts ...
seeing as some hadn't registered to leave unmoderated comments they'll also be a t-shirt for davesayers as he was the first to show ...
they'll be no no more two t-shirt giveaways next time though chaps ;-)
poll coming ...
Well I may be shot down and proved wrong but Delaney hasn't played this season. It was Hendrie who came on against arsenal that was missing from Martin Jenkins list. Unless Delaney has played in which case there have been 26 different players. Sorry Martin. So that makes Dave Sayers the winner.
steve. all is good. wheni came on last night i wasn't really awake. something to do with celebrating tuesday. anyway on reflection this morning everythign has been sorted.
maybe instead of just taking it for granted that ll villa fnas know everything i'll double check next time.
