Milan Baros to replace Vassell?

Tuesday, 19 July 05, 10:51 AM · Comments (0)

Liverpool have told Milan Baros that he has no future at the club which has alerted David O'Leary to his availability.

O'Leary is a long time admirer of Baros and he would be an ideal replacement for Darius Vassell should Manchester City decide to spend some of money from the sale of Shaun Wright-Phillips on the England international.

It is believed that Liverpool would let the striker go for ?4,000,000.00, which if reports are to be believed is a similar price City may pay for Vassell.
