According to the officially a joke website, over 4,000 people responded to their online survey about the new kit. Well, they didn't take anything I said in or that of about the other 50 people that have emailed in since it was announced.
I personally don't like this kit and I don't like Hummel. I do like what 32Red have done with their logo, incorporating the blue but where the hell is the star for the European Cup victory?
If the muppets at Aston Villa could do one thing to make me purchase this kit it would be to put the star above the badge. Muppet's, the lot of them!
Go out and buy the new kit if you want but I'm going to stick with my replica shirt proudly telling everyone we were European Champions.
Go visit the homepage and take part in our poll about the star above the badge.

No team in the Premiership is allowed to put any emblem, star or otherwise on their shirts for leauge games. I guess they are trying to avoid the farcial goings on in Scotland where Celtic have one star, denoting their sole European cup win, Rangers 5, 50 domestic championships and Aberdeen 2, one can only guess their cup winners cup and Super Cup wins.Manchester United and Liverpool wear their stars for Champions Leauge games only. End of story. If we qualify for the champions League then i guess we would be allowed to wear ours until then not likely
