No more half measures!

Today is his day and if he doesn't get the result against Birmingham City should we accept the position we find ourselves in after nearly a quarter of the season?

I for one do not think so and with Wigan coming up I think we should look at finding a new manager - one that can motivate the players but more importantly develop tactics and an understanding of how the team should play.

Everyone knows I don't think David O'Leary is the right man so I'm not going to give my reasons again but come on, how long do we have to go on like this?

Regardless of the result today he needs to go and we need to get in a manager that can make us a winning team again.
