Notts County send strong squad to Villa

Villa's step-up for fitness for its injured stars has increased with the news that Notts County will be sending a first team instead of reserve squad to Bodymoor Heath.
The game, scheduled for 11am kick off, will be used by Notts County boss Gudjon Thordarson to test his players reaction after their 2-1 Friday defeat to Boston United.
This is good news for Villa, who are looking to get a number of players match fit for Sunday's derby showdown at St Andrews, where Villa will be backed by a sell-out away section of support.
