Ouch! That was embarrassing

Every now and then we all make mistakes but sometimes they happen for no reason whatsoever. Today was one of those days.

We lost the site for the past ten hours. Not because I did anything wrong but because the server couldn't handle the traffic. Basically we had too many people on and my host decided to say 'that's your lot'.

We've borrowed some space from a mate and we've changed the domain name to avfcblog.com (which was supposed to happen while ago) and everything is now, hopefully, fine.

We will be moving the site again fairly soon but we're hoping that you won't notice as we'll be moving to our very own dedicated server so we can handle all the visitors and doing it when we want to.

So, apologies to everyone; we hope it didn't hurt too much but we are back and hopefully without interruptions, although until we get on our new server, anything could happen, even an Aston Villa signing or a face lift for the official club site!
