Randy Lerner to take ownership of Aston Villa on Monday

Martin O'Neill is on the radio at the moment and he said himself he wasn't sure but if he is, Mr Lerner has now got over 75% of the shares in Aston Villa and will take over on Monday.

We're all happy about this and this was the step needed to take Aston Villa forward. We have the manager that can and will take us forward and hopefully the new owner will provide the necessary funding to take us that little bit further.
