Selection Dilemma: Up front

Up front is probably the easiest position to pick. We only have four options to fill two places and one is still a youngster who is training and playing with possibly the best collection of strikers at Villa Park for many years.

Milan Baros and Kevin Phillips for me could be two of the best strikers in the premiership and I think this season if they get the right service we're going to see a lot of goals.

I would love to opt for Juan Pablo Angel up front but a good season every other season isn't good enough in the premiership and I'm not entirely sure his excuse last season of not have a pre-season because of injury fits nicely with me.

I'd like to see Luke Moore play a little more but that's going to be difficult unless we have a few injuries and I'd also like to see Agbonlahor get a few games if it was possible but the decision is with David O'Leary on that front.

So, up front for me, if Villa are playing two up front is Baros and Phillips. Maybe not what everyone else would think but the partnership has to be given a fair go.
