Sheffield United after Hendrie?

Well, they're all att it today! The Sun reckon Lee Hendrie's off to Sheffield United.
According to the nearly-as-reliable-as-the-Daily-Mirror news source, Neil Warnock has been given permission to match Hendrie's ?18k per week wages and launch a ?1.6m bid.
It's good money for him but I'd prefer him in central midfield with Steven Davis, rather than Gavin McCann't. Everton, Wolves and Southampton have also been linked with pretty boy.
