The AGM is a meeting at which routine matters, such as the election of directors, approval of reports and accounts, are put to the vote of shareholders. These will all be passed despite likely protestations from some of the shareholders attending.
We don't expect much if anything to change but we are hoping. The shareprice did close yesterday up 15p and the value usually goes one way or the other after the AGM so some are possibly going to make or even lose quite a bit of cash tomorrow.
We know what is going to happen because there are rules that have to be followed when carrying out an AGM but as the only major publicly listed company having it's AGM tomorrow (we're fairly sure we've got this right) we're hoping for that special announcement.
Not very deep down we know it won't happen but we're all allowed to hope!
Kevin is going to try and attend tomorrow if not we're hoping Matthew will be able to rescue him so we've atleast got something to report back. We are warning you though, don't hold your breath. But keep hoping!
