Martin O'Neill has picked up the manager of the month award and at the same time Gabriel Agbonlahor has won the player of the month award for November.
I'm sure someone will tell me the last time, if ever, an Aston Villa manager and player won it in the same month because I don't know. It is quite impressive though.
"We're particularly pleased, obviously delighted with Gabby because he's playing out of his skin at the moment," O'Neill told BBC Radio West Midlands.
"And if we can just keep a bit of consistency going, I think that's really important for us, especially over this crucial period of Christmas and New Year.
"It's been a really good month for us, November. I was naturally very concerned about it beforehand, when we had three away games on the trot.
"So for us to come out of that having won all the games in November was obviously particularly pleasing."
Let's hope the curse, which hit Mark Hughes at Blackburn Rovers last month, doesn't hit Aston Villa. You can discuss it in the forum or leave a comment below.
