Utter Tosh: Aston Villa to move or ground share

Someone used our contact form today to send in a rumour that Aston Villa were going to leave Villa Park or worst case scenario share with another local club.

The person that used the contact form didn't put in a valid email address and from what we believe and know it's complete and utter tosh. I can't emphasise enough that this is utter rubbish, continue reading if you wish but it is only something made up by somebody for personal gain.

I'm speculating now but I wouldn't be surprised if it was started by or someone associated with a certain life-long Aston Villa fan interested in borrowing more money to buy Aston Villa and plummet the club into debt. But like I said, I'm speculating, much like he was actually when thinking he could buy our club.

You know, it surprises me to what lengths some people will go to to smear someone else. Surely if and again I'm speculating here, if you're not going to get something or you're not good enough for something you should do the honourable thing and take it like a man. Probably not for some people.

Like I said, don't believe everything you hear and for the love of God don't ever think that Aston Villa will leave Villa Park or that we'll be ground sharing with another club.
