Just under 32,500 people saw probably the best performance at Villa Park under manager David O'Leary and hopefully the last.
Villa won 4-0 with goals from Milan Baros (2), Mark 'Choir Boy' Delaney and Juan Pablo Angel.
A match report of sorts will follow tomorrow but for now, don't believe the O'Blarney hype - he still has to go and soon. One result doesn't make a season.
