Barcelona Still Won't Match Deportivo La Coruna's Lowered Price For Filipe Luis

Depor have softened up, but Barca still feel they are asking too much...

Deportivo La Coruna have lowered their asking price for Filipe Luis, but it is still more than what Barcelona are willing to pay.

Depor had insisted that Barca pay Filipe's buy-out clause of €20 million, but they have lowered their demands somewhat. According to Sport, the Galician club will now settle for €14m.

However, Barca are still not willing to match that price, and are sticking firm to their €8m valuation of the player.

Filipe has stressed that he is eager to move to the Camp Nou, but Barca are running out of patience with Depor. It is believed that should negotiations not conclude by Tuesday, they will focus their attention elsewhere.
