Blackburn boss Allardyce confident convincing Barcelona over Krkic deal

Saturday, 16 May 09, 06:03 AM · Comments (3)

Blackburn Rovers are quietly confident they can convince Barcelona to part with Bojan Krkic on-loan next season.

Rovers boss Sam Allardyce is keen to sign the Spain international on a season-long deal and is using experience with stars like Youri Djourkaeff and Nicolas Anelka to convince Barca he can handle the youngster.

A source was quoted by Sport: "We have heard that his departure is a possibility from Barca and Sam (Allardyce) has already worked with big names, so you know he could do this again."

As a Spain fan, I would prefer if he stayed in La Liga or moved to one of the bigger clubs outside, otherwise it could hamper his chances of playing for the national team. I would recommend joining Depor or Betis over Blackburn anyday.

Now that would be ridiculous!!!! What is Pep thinking? No one would give Bojan away in his sane mind... The kids a growing star!

Bojan wants to go to Blackburn rather than Hotspur?
