His impressive all-round display suggests he is fully recovered from the horrific leg break that kept him out for so long
The Croatian, back from a broken leg, met Carlos Vela’s cross to head home and Nicklas Bendtner - who also hit the post - headed in the second as Arsenal dominated the replay,Robin Van Persie
netted and hit the post.

Everton march on in the fa cup a great win for them as they beat high flying villa 3-1 today see the goals below full report to follow Rodwell 4 ’Arteta 24 and Cahill 76’ got the goals.Everton took the lead as early as the fourth minute, Rodwell reacting quickest following a goal-line clearance by Stylian Petrov to register his first goal in an Everton shirt.four minutes later and Villa were back on level terms after Gabriel Agbonlahor, on a trademark pacy run forward, was upended by Tony Hibbert in the Everton box.Atkinson pointed to the spot and Milner duly stepped up to convert.Everton were to get their penalty on 24 minutes, Steve Sidwell sliding in recklessly on Victor Anichebe.Villa should really have gone in at the break at 2-2, but Agbonlahor produced a miss of the season.
But just as Villa were beginning to look like grabbing an equaliser, Everton proved what a difficult team they are to beat by hitting back against the run of play on 76 minutes.Cahill it was who grabbed a deserved goal after Curtis Davies had failed to deal with Anichebe’s cross

What a game this was watford had a 1-0 lead with 12 mins to go then anelka hits two goals in 80 seconds then a third in the last few minutes to bag a hatrick!
However, with Hiddink watching from the comfort of the stands alongside owner Roman Abramovic, Anelka hit back almost immediately before heading in a second 80 seconds later to break the dogged
resistance of the Championship side.
Jobi McAnuff missed a golden chance to level in the dying seconds before Chelsea went up field and the France striker sealed his hat-trick to ensure stand-in boss Ray Wilkins did not preside over an embarrassing loss in his only game in charge before Hiddink takes the reigns
