Harder then i thought...but WE WON!

Tuesday, 10 July 07, 11:28 PM

It wasn't a easy game,Brazil didn't played like the last game(6x1 vs. Chile) but in both sides, everybody played with 100% of dedication, till the last minute. Brazil started really good, and Scored with MAICON(that got hurt in the competition) just in the beginning of the game, but sudenlly the Lights of Maracaibo's stadium got off! After 13 minutes whitout any ball rolling on the field, the game started again but Brazil wasn't the same. Uruguay played the rest of the 1st Half better than Brazil and scored a goal with Forlan at #48 min.... BUT IN THE END of the 1st half...Surprise! Brazil Scored again with Julio Baptista(in a really strange goal) putting Brazil again in advantage! The 2nd half was really hard for both teams, everybody was really tired, and the 2nd half wasn't good as the 1st one...especially for Brazil, that in the middle of it,suffered another goal from Uruguay,Tying the game up. The game was over 2X2 and guess what? It was time for the PENALTY kicks(gosh,my heart goes 10000 times a minute when that happens.)

For the P.K.'s, Dunga putted Robinho, Juan, Gilberto Silva, Afonso,Diego. and Robinho, that didn't played a good match at all , but opened the P.K. Score in 1-0 for Brazil. Forlán didn't got the same luck. Did a very bad P.K. and Doni got the Penalty easily with both feets. Afonso and Fernando, for Brazil, and Pablo García for Uruguay, also wasted their chances. But in the alternate series, Gilberto made a good P.K., and Doni, got the penalty from one of my idols,Lugano(That was World Champ for São Paulo in 2005 and a Idol for all São Paulo fans) that gave me a lot of happiness one more time. BRAZIL IN THE FINAL!

Go Brazil!

Tuesday, 10 July 07, 07:06 PM

Are you ready Ladies and Gentleman?!
With this post i start my own soccer blog,in the wonderful Ole Ole comunnity!!!!
And there's no better day to start, since we have a big Brazil game today, for the America's cup Semifinals. After the easy game against Chile i guess Brazil will do good tonight.
The only problem besides Brazil current record against Uruguay(Uruguay won the last 5 games against Brazil) is that we have in the other side, one player that can make a BIG difference: His name is LUGANO. For those that don't know,Lugano used to play for my team in Brazil(São Paulo) and he was World champ against Liverpool in 2005! Lugano is always motivating his team, always focused in the game, and above all those things,he is a INCREDIBLE DF.
By the way,our biggest star in America's Cup ROBINHO(#11) never scored a goal against a team with Lugano in the defense. Can Brazil break this bad record and will Robinho score again?! We will see in minutes...

Lugano x Robinho
