John Terry now has a nice deal from Chelsea. And he's gonna stay in West London, not Manchester; it's because we have better casinos down here in London. ;-)

Supa Frank absolutely deserves the 5 year deal whether he's 30 or 29. This is about valuation! A 4 year contract would undervalue him by 20%. Besides, all the freebies Chelsea have cashed in recently would be enough to pay him one more year!

Up to now (22nd July) Frank Lampard has been offered a 4 year new contract by Chelsea while his younger team mates Petr Cech and Michael Essien have got 5 year deals.

This is clearly a case of age discrimination against Lampard.

According to Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006, it is unlawful for an employer to treat an employee less favourably than a younger colleague, because of his age. This includes offer and renewal of employment contracts. 

Chelsea broad, you have been warned! Don't try that on Lampard! Actually, they can have a very good excuse now to climb-down and offer Lampard a 5 year contract!

I feel ashamed as a Chelsea fan... All I hear from many Chelsea fans are just heavy criticism on Lampard labelling him being greedy, money grabber, etc., they would rather save Roman's money than keep Lampard at Chelsea.

If you love Supa Frank, stand by the man and tell the ruthless businessmen of the broad to give him the 5 year contract he rightly deserves. Just show some passion and appreciation for Lampard like the Inter fans did!
