Ageism against Frank Lampard is unlawful

Up to now (22nd July) Frank Lampard has been offered a 4 year new contract by Chelsea while his younger team mates Petr Cech and Michael Essien have got 5 year deals.
This is clearly a case of age discrimination against Lampard.
According to Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006, it is unlawful for an employer to treat an employee less favourably than a younger colleague, because of his age. This includes offer and renewal of employment contracts.
Chelsea broad, you have been warned! Don't try that on Lampard! Actually, they can have a very good excuse now to climb-down and offer Lampard a 5 year contract!

Absolutely spot-on!!! Frank has asked for a 5 year contract and i say CFC should honour that, especially when you take into account the years of dedication that Lamps has given us..Apart from JT, he's the most loyal player we have, so come on Chelsea and Roman..give the guy what he wants and thorougly deserves!! It's the LEAST you owe him!!!
