Its a portuguese expression, that means a fullfilement of a wish.

Ouro = gold
sobre = on, upon, over
azul = blue
Ben – We can definitely win it again next season, without doubt. If you consider the ease with which we conquered the Premeirship this season without a quality, 20-goal-a-season goalscorer, then when we strengthen our strikeforce this summer with a player of the calibre of Adriano or Owen it’s watch out Airline FC, Manure and maybe even Liverpool (Newcastle won’t be included in a list of potential title winners for many, many years). I don’t see us failing to win back-to-back Premierships like Airline FC regularly do.
first i wish to congratulate d blue for their performance last saeson,iwant to emphasise on the strike force of the blue ,we need a sharp strikers like samuel eto or henry then we can be sure of been the champion come next saeson both in england and europe. congratulation once again.
