As you may have read on Goonerholic's site people who use the Virgin cable service do not have Arsenal TV as part of their Setanta Sports pack.
For the many Arsenal fans who use NTL in Ireland the situation is exactly the same. I'm told there are no plans to carry Arsenal TV in the near future and it will only be available to Sky subscribers. And I'm sure many Arsenal fans subscribed to the Setanta Sports pack because they thought Arsenal TV was going to be part of it. There's only so far your interest in Bolton v Wigan goes.
Goonerholic advises Virgin customers to make contact with Virgin directly. Anybody who has had any dealings with NTL's customer support will know that emailing them is probably useless. If you're going to contact NTL you have to do it by phone.
The number to call in Ireland is 1908.
I would also suggest both Virgin and NTL customers contact Setanta directly.
