Mexico, now without excuses

Mexico has lived these last few years divided between those how support the national team and those who don´t. The discussions created when La Volpe was named the team´s trainer for the world cup qualify and then for the finals, reached some of the country´s main characters.

After a good World Cup (they lost in 1/8 finals to Argentina by 2 to 1) La Volpe says goodbye to the national team.

And everything led to believe that Hugo Sanchez would take over the team. And that's what happened. Sanchez gives offensive and open game, but very fast, just like Hugo did. We'll see if that players are able to put it in practice on the field.

Now mexicans, under Hugo Sanchez's wing, are unites. But they await results.

Meantime the results are not being excelent: they won against Cuba and lost to Honduras.


The aproval is still pending.
