Barcelona's Thierry Henry: 2009 Will Be My Year

€16m signing from Arsenal in 2007 had a difficult first season in the Primera Division as he struggled to adapt the different style of football and being employed in a left-wing position rather
than an out-and-out forward.
There were some observers who questioned whether he was still the same player who became Aresnal's record goalscorer in his spell in London, but under the stweardship of Pep Guardiloa he looks close to finding the form that set him apart as one of the finest strikers in the world.
Henry himself believes that 2009 will be the year where he proves to the doubters, and the Catalan faithful, that he still has what it takes to be considered among the greatest players in the world.
During an interview for La Redoute, he said, "2009 will be the year for Barcelona and me.
"I feel physically stronger every day and I feel more comfortable in the team. I am a useful template in a team full of great players."
Key to the Success
The 31-year old attempted to pinpoint quite how Barcelona has managed to vanquish all before them this season in devastating fashion.
The Blaugrana have picked up 43 points from the last 45 available in La Liga and have cruised through the next stages of the Champions League, and Henry says the togetherness of the squad has been a key factor in their success.
He continued, "We move forward as one. We have a winning coach and we have found the formula for success.
"Lionel Messi and Xavi are formidable players, while Samuel Eto'o is also very good."
Henry ended by stating that if they continue working hard, then trophies will follow.
He concluded, "If we make sure we do not lower our guard, because there will be no more easy matches, then we can succeed."

Well, barca is one of the top team in europe now.and is creating a record which is unbelievable but i need ti see match like bacelone VS inter milan in campionleague.ALSO i am not happen some time the way barca coach is doing his substitutions, E.g by removing eto;o sometime when he is needed in the field.
