Barça-Racing Saturday 13 September - Kick Off 8pm

Friday, 05 September 08, 07:32 AM · Comments (19)

As most of you know the Liga de Football Profesional (LFP) don't usually announce kick off times until 8 or 9 days before the game is played. I've criticised this many times before on the blog as it makes it difficult sometimes for fans to organize their lives. Anyway, as with last season I will do my best to post the kick off times as soon as they come out (it's usually on a Friday). As expected next week's home game against Racing Santander has been brought forward to the Saturday (kick off 8pm local time) to give Barça an extra day to prepare for the Champions League game at home to Sporting Lisbon on Tuesday 16 September.

Oh, and in case you didn't know Barça are playing the semi final of the Copa Catalunya on Tuesday 9th September against Sant Andreu (kick off 10pm).

ARRRRGHHH. this sucks. almost my whole trip was modeled around going to see a match while i'm there, i guess i'm going to have to try my best for the CL game mid-week.

Did anyone else have trouble buying Barcelona vs. Real Madrid tickets? I got overcharged 3 times and now am supposed to get all of them refunded and will get 2 tickets at a later day apparently :?

They game is supposed to be on Sunday the 14th, and as Barca has a home CL game on the Tuesday prior and no game afterward for 7 days I;d imagine that they will keep the date and change the time to who knows. I have decided not to take a risk and fly in on the Satuday anyway, so any of you on here want to take me on a tour of the city let me know (and yes even people who dont agree with on here =D )!!

Titi, I would say there is a 50/50 chance of the madrid game being brought forward to the Saturday. Let me know by email when you are arriving and I'll see if I can make it to meet you.

lol I'm sorry but if there is one thig the English PL has got over La Liga is organisation, people like barcalove above are treated appaulingly in my opinion and surely someone has to chnge this as a round trip for 2 days (because I dont know the exact date) will cost me around £300 which I could halve if I knew when the game will actually be lol. I will fly in the saturday anyway Nic as to not take a chance but I really really really hope they do not change it from that weekend as all my bookings are non refundable/amendable =D

To be honest I haven't the slightest idea why Ageuro is still at Athletico Madrid. He could provide a world-slass striker for the next 10 years at least so money just should not be an issue.

To be honest, against Numancia and many games last season, Barcelona look like they need a old-fashioned centre forward. Henry put many good crosses accross the goal, Xavi was just looking for someone to through ball too and Alves's crossing is useless without someone to head the ball in but some Barca fans on here forgot these things lol. Alves wont be half as good at Barca because no one in our team can head the ball I think we need someone to actually get on the end of crosses. Anyone care to comment?

what we lacked against numancia was aguero, a strong agressive forward to just to bump those clogged up defender's out of the way, screw trying to vreatively pass our way in to the box, numancia played with brute defence we should've responded with brute attack,

on alves so far what iv seen from him he can teleport, tackle well and cross the ball into row z
