Well it seems like the technical problem has been sorted out and we are up and running, apologies for any problems caused. As you can see I've found a new home, and I'm delighted to announce I've been signed up by one of the bigboys of internet football sites, oleole.com.
There's plenty to do here, it's a totally interactive site and you can create your own profile, join friends groups, post photos, participate in forums and you can even create your own blog! You should be directed straight here from the old URL but you can always stick the new one in your favourites list.
I admit there was a financial incentive for me to make the move but hopefully that will give me more time to spend on the blog and I should be able to go to a few more games next season so I can offer you more first hand experiences.
The guys at oleole assure me that I will have total editorial control of the blog so everything should stay exactly the same and if I want to call Luis F**o a traitorous money-grabbing bastard then I can.
For those of you who are new, I began the blog in May 2007 and it has been fun to watch it grow and see a community of readers form. Their comments are what keeps me going, I hope you will join in to tell the world whether Laporta should resign, can Ronaldinho lose his gut and be great again, and is Adebayor worth £36m or 36p.
I'd like to say thanks to Joe and Dino at OleOle for helping me with the move and putting up with my questions and lack of computer skills. And also a big thank you to Ahmed at the excellent soccerlens.com for all his help over the last year.

Hmm yeah this is good, but Nic, can u increase the 2000 character limit? Cos, people like me, liam, winterhunt, and many other members cant finish our articles in less than 2000 chars... :)
