We've moved! New show and a new format.

Wednesday, 05 December 07, 09:50 AM

We've moved, yes that's right. Forza Futbol has moved away from doing two shows La Liga and Serie A Talk. We are back to our original format as Forza Futbol where we talk about La Liga and Serie A in the same show. To hear this weeks episode you can download it via iTunes, just search for Forza Futbol or go to http://forzafutbol.podbean.com/. This week we discussed the Euro 2008 draw, we rate a few managers in La Liga and we talked about everyone's favorite Antonio Cassano.

Two interviews for your listening pleasure!

Friday, 23 November 07, 08:30 PM

On La Liga Talk

On todays episode of Laliga Talk with Forza Futbol we have the much delayed interview with Sammy Sadovnick, formerly of Gol Tv's Spanish language broadcast 45/45, and producer of Futbol de Primera, who with Andres Cantor brought World Cup '98 and 2002 to the Spanish language broadcasts in the United States. Hope you enjoy, this is the first of many interviews to come. Cross our fingers, we will get Andres Cantor one day.  Sammy brings a Latin American experience of La Liga to the podcast.  Enjoy!

Check it out on www.laligatalk.libsyn.com

On Serie A Talk

Welcome to another episode of Serie A Talk with Forza Futbol. No live show this week, as we are coming out of an international break, where we saw Italy beat Scotland 2-1 at Hampden Park. Midweek, Italy beat the Faroe Islands on Chiellini and Toni goals. Oh, and did I mention that England were knocked out of the Euros? So much for the Golden Generation.
Our usual procedure is to post one of our many informational interviews on the Italian game. This week however, we'll be delving into something a bit more topical: the recent violence in Serie A, with Steve Wilson, one of the production editors for our favorite magazines, Calcio Italia. So sit back and relax, pull up a chair and join us for an interview with Steve Wilson of Calcio Italia magazine.
