We go so fast sometimes that whatever comes out of our mouth, just happens. They say I try to monopolize, so this time I just let everyone talk and didn't fight for VDV, but it's just one fan's opinion.

Just listened to this podcast, been listening for since around podcast 4 (heard about it from EPL Talk). I really like the fact that you guys only focus on la liga and serie a because their arent many podcasts if any dedicated to those leagues.
A couple of things just bugged me while i was listening (please correct me if i am wrong):
Cicinho is 27 i think so he isn't "very young."
I think you said Jorge Andrade had a good world cup i don't think he even played in the 2006 world cup because he was injured. And i just think that deeming Van Der Vaart as injury prone is a bit harsh as well.

Thanks for your great comments. The focus of our podcast is fans talking footy. We don't really prepare, we just shoot from the hip. Cicinho in comparison to RC is young, but you are right. He waited longer than most to come to Europe, but I still give him kudos for that. He is coming to his peak form or period as a player and I believe he has a lot of potential that we have still not seen as he has been injured. But young, no not really. And oops my bad Andrade was injured during the WC. I stand corrected. I know he was hyped as the next best thing a few years ago, but I personally am not convinced. I still rate Van Der Vaart very highly and just think he was unlucky this year, so I agree with you.
