A message to France-Fans with Love <3

Saturday, 11 April 09, 01:16 PM

Dear France Fans,

I've been blogging some posts about the French National Team, but I'm declaring this blog officially dead. Not because I don't love the team anymore, but because no one reads it (not that fun to run a blog which nobody reads, except me huh?). Which is logical, because who would support such a bad team (except me)? With an astrological coach?

Now, I write for a Dutch soccer blog called Uithaal.

But I still adore my beloved bleus, and if you do too you can contact me via

accessibility@live.com

Love, me.

The Fight between Samir NASRI and William GALLAS

Thursday, 27 November 08, 01:58 PM

Okay, this topic has been an hot news item during the last few days. So I am re-releasing it a bit late, but better late than never. I was very busy last week. So here's what happened between Nasri and Gallas again (according to William Gallas).

<< This little babyfaced boy is a twat according to Gallas.

THE FIRST QUARREL BETWEEN SAMIR NASRI AND WILLIAM GALLAS

During a training in Switzerland - The French Team is training for the European Championship. The players have to make teams of three, to play a small game, where two players have to pass the ball to each other. The third player stands in the middle, and doesn't see when the ball comes from behind. So the other two have to say: "It arrives!" so the third person can pass the ball.

Gallas forms a team with Samir Nasri and one more young player (probably Karim Benzema, Nasri's best friend in the team).Gallas is the person standing in the middle, so Nasri and Benzema have to say: "The ball arrives", but it remains quiet. Nasri and Benzema say nothing to Gallas. So Gallas speaks becayse the youngsters say nothing.

Gallas says: But speak, my boys, give me the information!

Karim Benzema stops and remains quiet, but Samir Nasri opens his mouth.

Nasri says: You have to take the information before the ball arrives, you have to know it yourselves when it arrives!

Gallas: How do you speak to me? Who do you think you are? You're only a 20-year-old! I am not your friend!

Nasri: Me neither, I am not your friend!

Gallas raises his voice and shouts at Nasri.

Nasri: Lower your voice, speak less loudly.

THE SECOND QUARREL

The second quarrel takes place in the French team bus. Every player has an own place to sit in the bus. But this time Nasri sits on Thierry Henry's busseat. Henry has not arrived yet. Gallas walks to Nasri to speak.

Gallas mumbles: Stupid kid! He knows Thierry Henry always sits there!

Gallas speaks to Nasri: You know Thierry Henry sits here. Kick yourself away, you know he's here!

Nasri says nothing, but walks away with an innocent look on his babyface.

This was it, my mates.

Who do you choose: Little Baby Nasri or Wiseman Gallas? I don't know. As a player I prefer Nasri. But I know he is bigheaded, even Franck Ribery doesn't like him according to Pape Diouf. Only Karim Benzema can stand him (because Benzema is a bigheaded diva as well). Oh man, I like these two divas even though they are brats (um, okay I'm a bigheaded arrogant twat as well at school, that explains why I like them. + I don't like Gallas). Stay tuned and give a shout when you want to help me writing this blog or know something, or wanna ask something.

France disappoints again against Urugay (0-0)

Thursday, 20 November 08, 02:18 PM

Did you saw that draw? *Sigh* I miss France, the France who used to score many goals and beat Brazil.

It seems like there is only bad news for France.

Franck Ribery was out when he was tackled by Parreira. Fear that he will be injured again.

Willy Sagnol fears for retirement. He announced that if he won't get recovered before May, he will quit. "The worsest thing is that I don't know why I can't play again," stated Willy Sagnol. "I try to figure out if I will recover. I will wait till May."

This draw against Urugay is the last match of France in 2008. A sad ending. Franck Ribery is still confident: "There are some problems at the defense," he said in a conference. "It's because France is an attacking team. We got Anelka, Henry and Benzema. If we solve the defense, our team will be very strong." he added.

Yesterday Gourcuff, Ribery and Henry were subbed out. Nasri, Benzema and Savidan were subbed in. Savidan wanted to prove himsself like Gourcuff did but failed. I think Savidan has tried a bit too much and he was not exact enough.

I don't know what to say more. I'm disappointed.

Let's try to be optimistic like Franck Ribery and look forward to 2009. The first match coming is in February against Argentinia, a very strong team. I fear but I will hope.

Call-Ups for France - Uruguay

Thursday, 13 November 08, 01:46 PM

There was nothing to post about France since there were no matches (the reason why I posted weird posts, like Toulalan is da man! And: football porn!). But next week there is one! So it's time now to post about Les Bleus.

Photo F.F.F.

France - Uruguay, Friendly match. 19 November, 21:00h (French time), Saint Denis, France.

The list of call-ups:

What's special? Well, Domenechs favourites: Abidal, Govou and Malouda are left out. And fortunately Boumsong has been left out as well! Phew! An old name, Silvestre, has replaced Abidal from the list. Good choice? No idea. A new name on the list, Steve Savidan is called up. I don't know him a lot, but it is said that he has been doing very goot at Caen recently.

Here you go, the list of the 23 Bleus:

Gardiens de But (Keepers)
Olympique Lyonnais
Olympique de Marseille
Le Mans UC 72
Défenseurs
Arsenal F.C.
FC Seville
Manchester United

Well there is enough to talk about, aint it? Keep me up with your comments and I will keep you up too :). For us, people who don't live in France but want to watch the match; you can watch the match not-live on Eurosport, or watch it live on www.myp2p.eu

Oops, how did this picture of Justin-Timberlake look-a-like get in?

X-Box Players Ribery and Benzema On list for Ballon D'Or

Sunday, 19 October 08, 07:48 AM

Our French players are doing well. 2 of them are nominated on the list of Ballon d'Or, a special trophy given out to the best player of the year. Our French 2 players are: Franck RIBERY and Karim BENZEMA. What do they have in common? Answer: they like gaming on a X-Box.

Watch this video where Franck Ribery beats Miroslav Klose on the X-Box. I'm a Ribery-Fan, but when I saw this video, I thought: "poor Klose :("

It seems like Karim Benzema is winning on an very exciting game, since his face is like: "HA! I killed your Pokemon, ghehehe, GNA GNA GNA."

Now I know why nobody wants to play on the X-Box with Karim Benzema or Franck Ribery.

This is the full list of the thirty nominated people for Ballon d'Or. I think Messi or Ronaldo will win, but I go for Benzema and Ribery. I really hope C. Ronaldo doesn't win it.

Emmanuel Adebayor (Togo, Arsenal)
Sergio Agüero (Argentinië, Atlético Madrid)
Andrei Arshavin (Russia, Zenit Sint-Petersbur)
Michael Ballack (Germany, Chelsea)
Karim Benzema (France, Olympique Lyon)

Gianluigi Buffon (Italië, Juventus)
Iker Casillas (Spain, Real Madrid)
Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal, Manchester United)
Didier Drogba (Ivor coast, Chelsea)
Samuel Eto'o (Kameroen, Barcelona)

Cesc Fàbregas (Spain, Arsenal)
Fernando Torres (Spain, Liverpool)
Steven Gerrard (Engeland, Liverpool)
Zlatan Ibrahimovic (Zweden, Internazionale)
Kaká (Brazilië, AC Milan)

Frank Lampard (Engeland, Chelsea)
Lionel Messi (Argentinië, Barcelona)
Pepe (Portugal, Real Madrid)
Franck Ribèry (France, Bayern München)
Wayne Rooney (Engeland, Manchester United)

Marcos Senna (Spanje, Villarreal)
Sergio Ramos (Spanje, Real Madrid)
Luca Toni (Italië, Bayern München)
Edwin van der Sar (Nederland, Manchester United)
Rafael van der Vaart (Nederland, Real Madrid)

Ruud van Nistelrooy (Nederland, Real Madrid)
Nemanja Vidic (Servië, Manchester United)
David Villa (Spanje, Valencia)
Xavi (Spanje, Barcelona)
Yuri Zhirkov (Rusland, CSKA Moskou)

Benzema's and Ribery's favourite game? See photos.

Thursday, 16 October 08, 02:43 PM

There is team chemistry between Big Benz and Ribery on the field. But also off the field:

Benzema and Ribery together look like 5-year olds. However, I would be really scared if I have a son who is 5 year old and looks like Ribery.

France 3 - Tunesia 1 + Domenech is STAYING till 2010!

Wednesday, 15 October 08, 06:45 AM

First the good news: Henry scored 2 goals yesterday! Benzema scored the 3rd goal! Yay! Gourcuff played very well, and after Henry got substituted, Toulalan was captain!

AFTER BENZEMAS GOAL, NOTICE THIS: After the goal, note how while Thierry Henry is hugging Benzema, he motions Ben Arfa over and hugs him with the other hand. I am really pleased to see this kind of leadership from Titi. The team really needs it to bridge the gaps between generations and players.

So what were your thoughts on the game in general?

Bad News: Jooma scored a goal so the result was 3-1

Even more bad news: DOMENECH IS STAYING TILL 2010! AAIGHT! This is a disastre. Merde. What do you think about it? A man who watches stars to decide which tactic to use? This means Trezeguet and Frey wont play for France.

SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS and ill reply, I really need to talk about this disaster!

Pictures of NASRI & RIBÉRY as kid!

Tuesday, 07 October 08, 02:31 PM

Haha, you know this guy? Of course you know! It's our Franck Ribéry, years ago, in Marseille. He had a difficult childhood and his family was poor. He really deserves it to be so lucky nowadays! Imagine the schoolkids being little annoying brats towards him.

I remember there was an interview 2 years ago, when journalists went to Chemin Vert where Franck lived during his childhood. The journalists asked a turkish guy in his neighbourhood about Franck. He responded: "Franck? Ow yeah I remember the lad. We always used to play there - (he points at a small field) but his brother was way lot better! His brother, François, was much more skilled and had more technique." That got me - I'm curious now and im gonna find more information about Franck Ribéry's brother!

Let's take a look on another talented little boy from Marseille. Doesn't he look familiar to you? Especially the eyes and the eyebrows: Samir Nasri!

In this picture below, he really looks like nowadays! Exactly the same!

lovely hair :) and lovely smile

Haha with his daddy. Here Nasri is 13 years old, and his daddy is taking him to Vélodrome Stadion, what an emotional moment. :)

Here Samir is supporting street soccer players: did you enjoy the pictures? :)

France Call-Ups for Romania: Nasri and Flamini are left out

Saturday, 04 October 08, 07:36 AM

Raymond Domenech unveiled the list today for the WC qualifier vs. Romania and the friendly against Tunisia.

Biggest surprise for me? No Samir Nasri. Raymond’s reason? “Samir is back playing but he is still not fully fit.” And of course it has nothing to do with the fact that Yoann Gourcuff took that #10 role that was expected to be Samir’s and made it his own instead.

However, a good thing is: Franck Ribéry is finally back! And Patrick Vieira, who I think is too old to play, is in and Flamini is left out. Man what a bad decision! What is Domenech doing?

Hatem Ben Arfa is also on the list again, but he is nut fully fit, I think it's better if he will be replaced by Samir Nasri who is actually fit enough. Samir played well in the game Arsenal-Fc Porto.

Also Sidney Govou is left out as well, because Ribéry is in the house.

This is the full list:

Liste des joueurs sélectionnés

French players' rumours: Ribéry hates Nasri

Saturday, 20 September 08, 06:33 AM

There were interesting rumours about the French team. Read this interesting post: http://marseille.theoffside.com/french-ligue-1/pape-diouf-they-hate-each-other-its-hardly-news.html where Pape Diouf says: "Nasri and Ribéry: They hate each other? It's hardly news!".

And the writer of the newsblog Marseille Offside says: "It's the behaviour of the young players towards the old guard. It's more of an education thing. Henry has a seat in the bus of the Team and when he wanted to get to his, Benzema told him to go sit elsewhere. Aside from that, after the second game, he was so pissed he started criticizing Henry and Thuram, to what Makélélé told him to shut the fuck up and thn Thuram gave him the nickname Benarfa for his constant whining.
And the fact that he’s constantly with Nasri not trying to fit in made him quickly very unpopular. These things would have never happened a year ago. What’s worse is I feel they’re doing them a disservice by letting them believ they’re so great. Djibril Cissé scored 25+ goals for three seasons at the same age 5 years ago. Let not get ahead of ourselves. Neither Nasri nor Benzema have done anything more than just show great talent. They have buzz, hype around them but haven’t done anything noteworthy yet. "

I've asked the writer of the Marseille Offside where he got his sources from. He hasn't responded yet. I hope these rumours aren't true, though it's known that Ben Arfa, Benzema and Nasri are bigheaded young boys with a lot of talent.

To cheer us up, let's look at the friendships. Karim Benzema and Samir Nasri are best friends: when Nasri still played

Aw. They are sweet together, isn't it?
