Just once in the last 5 years has any club reached a Champions league spot apart from the so called big four. Just once in the last 5 years was the title not won until May. With
voices raising about the premiership getting
boring but great (
with a Russian, French, Spanish and wannabe Portuguese teams dominating
the league) I would like to see a few managerial changes happen so that the next season would be exciting.
We already saw in the beginning of the season what Sven did to City. Ramos has established himself by winning the Carling Cup. It is tempting for Marcello Lippi to give it a try in the UK (
esp. England ) after seeing his compatriots Don Fabio and Giovanni Trapattoni move away from Italy to England and Ireland respectively. He
was also at The Bridge on May 1st.
Telegraph reports that Scolari is being offered 3.2 GBP to replace Sven (
how sad
). Mourinho has previously stated that he would love to be back in English club football. Moyes has been doing well at Everton and O'Neil is trying to build a squad that would put in a
formidable challenge. His words:
“Liverpool haven’t made a straight cash offer. They’ve made an offer involving a mish-mash of nameless player exchanges. I’m particularly disappointed to hear that business is
being conducted in public. We’re trying to build a side here and we’re not a feeder club.”
With the likes of Mourinho, Lippi, Scolari ( though he hasn't managed a single club in Europe ) , Sven, Ramos and if Keegan could repeat his 90's stint with The Magpies along with
Moyes and O'Neil doing a better job we could alltogether see a better premier league. Though the league might be interesting with the aforementioned hypothetical situation, the irony is that
the english media will still be moaning about lack of english talent. Not only about the players but also about the managers. If you observe, Keegan is the only english manager in the list.
But, it's just not possible to fit in all these people in a single league. All we can do is hope that the current big four will be big 6 next season with Ramos' scum entering the scene along
with City/Everton. Portsmouth and Villa have been doing well too. Unfortunately they have been there for a long time and I can't see them improving unless they invest a little more than they
usually do especially in players with good technical ability.
Well, just for fun , considering the hypothetical situation in which Lippi, Scolari, Sven are all eager to manage in the premier league along with Ramos and the managers of the current big
four, Where would you appoint them ?

spurs were supposed to be a dominant force this season .. look what happened .. until Ramos came, they were struggling to make it even into the top 15! even Bolton was touted as a big team n they had to struggle for a place in the league! Everton, Portsmouth, Villa etc have been there in the top 10 for years together but the big 4 have been and WILL BE the top 4 no matter what happens! bringing in all the foreign managers will only add more hype to the league, there isn't enough quality interms of the players and thus the big 4 will always dominate and United will always remain on top! :)
With great managers come great players :P Ramos has already signed Modrić. We never knew there was such a good player like Elano. With their knowledge about players in other parts of Europe, we could definitely see improvement.
