After the dubious success of a recent Eastenders film shoot in Weymouth recently, Dorchester Town supremo Eddie Mitchell has been telling NTN how he wants the BBC soap to revive his clubs flagging fortunes.
"Despite problems in Weymouth with unruly kids chucking stuff at the films crews, I want them to come back to the area, to Dorchester and do some filming there."
Mitchell added.
"We were relegated and we need something to get the club back on the national agenda. We want the Jewson Timber Yards stadium to be a mecca for football fans. We did play Arsenal you know. Appointing Alex Browne was a master stroke, because Terras fans love him and they wont pick on us anymore."
Showing some personal interest in Albert Square he concluded.
"You never know, with my surname, I might get a more permanent role as another one of Peggy's long lost sons or nephews"
You never know...you never know.
