Whilst trying to remain impartial on all of this, I have to say I admire the balls of the Weymouth FC board for keeping going in the face of substantial amounts of abuse.
Every morning I am logging on and expecting the plug to be pulled and the "Closed for Business" signs to be going up at the Wessex.
The departure of Andy Tilson before the pre-season has even started is sending out the message to the supporters that all is not well on the playing side as well as the off field battles.
I am not sure I know what to think anymore. The shortly worded statement does give the impression that the club were surprised by the departure and not at all happy. But that could just be the way I am reading into it (see yesterdays TerrasBlog EXTRA for the statement).
One thing that is for sure is that there is an agenda out there and someone (and I think we all know who) is using supporters for his/her own destabilising means.
If they think they are doing this for the good of the club, then go public and tell everyone what you know.
If not then let it go.
Division amongst the fans has returned with remarkable speed. It could still be the death of us.
Crikey...both you and ladyarse are down with colds. Get well soon mate! Bring o...
Yeah we will, we'll still be here until A) the world ends or B)when humans leav...
Sounds like a plan.. Just need to convince Mrs TerrasBlog to put off Christmas ...
An exiles rants about the off field goings on in Weymouth, and occasionally football!
