I am sure that these things all take time and I have been assured that the club is serious in its pursuits of all of the players allegedly linked (as opposed to vain attempts to make signings only to fail having placated fans), so if it takes a bit longer then so be it.

Having said that, usually when TerrasBlog says nothing is going to happen, something happens. So TerrasBlog is saying nothing is happening.

After my interview with Mr Curtis the other week I have decided that it is time for me to become a football club supremo. Many of you will remember my time on the Management Committee at Yaxley and some of the (ahem) innovative ways we tried to get media exposure. I must post the phone call with Barry Fry story on here sometime! Well after deciding that Ebbsfleet wasn't a good investment due to them being in the same league as us and it being very difficult to make objective decisions I have plumped for...

Stop sniggering at the back... They are only half an hour down the A1 from me and the first period of their version of "My Football Club" is free. So good news.
