It was a shit game last night. It was a poor excuse for a football match. There are a number of reasons it was so crap foremostly England have no flair or imagination.

America should probably stick to what it does best. Spreading 'democracy' as violently as possible, and having it's own world series that only America is allowed to play in. A world series. Only America invited. Anyway it's only fucking rounders at the end of the day. I'm joking of course. In a way.

Freddy Adu is a massive disapointment. At 14 he was already signed up as a professional footballer. He was hyped as the American Rooney. Yesterday he looked like the American Rooney. Mickey Rooney that is.

Back to England. That midfield... Hargreaves, Becks, Gerrard, Lampard. There is no variety there. Even when Andy Cappello sent on Bentley, who I thought had a shit game, nothing changed.

Gerrard looked comfortable when he was pushed back in to the middle. Barry needs to be in the team, he played a beautiful pass to Gerrard for the second goal.

Rooney looked alive at least. I can't believe that the cunt is only 22.

England need some creativity. They need a ball playing midfielder. A Hoddle even. The need some pace on the left. Walcott maybe. They need something and they need it quick because England are starting to become so pedestrian. England need there players to play the way they do for their premiership club teams. They also need to play in the same positions.

What is football these days?

Seriously? I don't quite understand it anymore. It is not as it used to be.

Take Chelsea. I don't hate them like I should I do. Why not? I hear you say.

Because football has become like Monopoly. Actually it's more like snakes and ladders. Either way it's a shit board game, and the dogs eaten the dice so you can't even play it anyway.

Roman the Russian 'oil mogul' has spent 500 million at Chelsea. 500 Million pounds, and they still can't string more than 7 passes together. When John Terry missed that penalty I actually felt sorry for him. For one split second. Then I remembered. Click. This is the same John Terry who hounds refs. The same John Terry who pisses in glasses in night clubs, and sets an example to young kids. The same John Terry who on 9/11 was in a bar in an airport getting pissed being abusive to other air users, the fella is pure class.
