From Sign Him Up, Fergie To Shut The Fuck Up, Tevez

Carlos Tevez had a fabulous season (in 2007/08) with Manchester United before he let his emotion controlled his mind and ruined his future at Old Trafford.

He saw the arrival of Dimitar Berbatov as a big fat threat to his position as the regular striker. What’s more, Berba was given the number 9 shirt whilst he had to stick with 32.

On top of that, Berba had more opportunities to start in the bigger leagues - the Premiership and Champions League while Tevez had to be satisfied playing with the youngsters. To make the matter worst, people seemed to compare both of them and there were times when United supporters were divided into two - Tevez’s fans and Berba’s fans.

Tevez hated warming the bench, therefore whenever he was substituted, he would shake his head in disbelief to show the world his disagreement with Sir Alex Ferguson’s decision; without realizing that his unthinkable act could be interpreted as disrespect towards the manager and fellow teammates.

Instead of supporting his comrades, Tevez was busy with “I haven’t got any offer from Manchester United to sign me permanently” talks. Often his mind was clouded with his complex and confusing contract that he did not play well when he was among the first XI.

Nevertheless, his faithful fans forgave him because they loved him. Others (including me) watched Tevez like a hawk since we were not pleased with his behaviour. Undeniably, when Tevez was on the pitch, he made a huge difference, changed the tempo of the game and helped United win. Chants like “Argentina! Argentina!” and “Sign him up, Fergie! Sign him up now!” could be heard many times.

For a player who was on loan, Tevez has somehow crossed the line. He demanded so much. He wanted to start in every game (which is not really possible at United - even Ole, Teddy, Yorke and Cole sit on the bench!) He worried about not signing for United permanently, but when he was given the most awaited offer, he refused to accept it, to his faithful fans’ disappointments.

They couldn’t understand why he wouldn’t agree to be a United player when it was all he highlighted on during the 2008/09 season. He claimed loving United fans but why wouldn’t he sign for United?

Loving Tevez for a wonderful player he is, his beloved fans ‘attacked’ Sir Alex for letting him leave and not trying hard enough to make him stay, until Tevez started bad-mouthing the old gaffer. He blamed Sir Alex for not letting him play in the Champions League and claimed that was among the reasons why United lost. He recognized Sir Alex as the President of England - extremely stubborn and always right. He branded Sir Alex a liar. He accused Berba for taking his precious spot. He spitted out “I was thrown out of the club” due to Sir Alex ‘forcing’ him to sit on the bench. He wanted to play for other team and score against United so he could shout at Sir Alex. Indirectly he is saying, “I hate Alex Ferguson!”

However, he still loved and respect United fans. He was sure we would forgive him if he played for Manchester City and wouldn’t call him a traitor.

Unfortunately for Tevez, he forgot one very important fact - no matter how much United fans love him, we love Sir Alex more. If he hurt the boss in any way, we would be hurt as well. And yeah, “We won’t forgive you.”

Tevez used to play for United. Tevez used to win with United. Tevez used to love United. Tevez used to be loved by United. But when Tevez opened his mouth to spit ‘shit’, he became a cunt.

Most people I know are calling him with bad names and glad that he decided to get lost. I think Tevez wants to continue playing for United but his pride and ego forced him to leave. What a hypocrite.

Sir Alex, on the other hand, decided to ignore him completely. “Carlos Tevez? Tevez? Who?!” Thus, Tevez the so-called lone fighter become a pathetic immature loser. He should not mess around with Fergie because he could end up being crazy.

Just a tip for the future, Carlitos: If you want to leave, just shut up and fuck off!
