Euro 2008: Scotland vs Italy (Do or Die Match)

Friday, 19 October 07, 01:42 PM

the upcoming match for the Azzurri is going to be a hard one, or maybe not. If the scotland that beat france show up Italy will have it tough but if Scotland who lost to Giorgia 2-0 show up, italy should not have that much trouble in dispatching them and qualifying four Euro 2008. So who will win, Scotland or Italy??!!

Argentina-2 Czech Republic-1 (Argentina Under-20 Champions)

Sunday, 22 July 07, 06:00 AM

Argentina won their sixth title today as I watched the whole game on T.V. Argentina outplayed their opponents but the Czechs were very strong in defence. I felt sorry for them as they were crying at the end, but second place is still good for them. Argentina shined troghout the tournament and deserved to be champions.

Argentina vs Chile (U-20 World Cup) A Disgrace

Friday, 20 July 07, 06:00 AM

Yesterday I was highly anticipating the Semi final of the u-2o world cup between Favourites Argentina and Chile but it turned out to be a football disgrace. There were 9 yellow cards issued and two red cards both to Chile. Every single foul the Argentinians would roll around and act as if they just got kicked in the balls! The ref played his part to as every single foul a acrd was issued. After the match the Chile coaching staff even ran onto the field to have a 'chat' with this German ref but only to be stoped by the police. This game was not a nice reflection for these young adults. The Chile players had to be handcuffed and taken away from the stadium and even then one of thge chile players threw a rock at his own team bus and the police had to come on the bus and use pepper spray to calm the players down.
